Learn CPR from the lifesaving expert‚ Surf Life Saving SA/NT. We offer public CPR courses that will give participants vital lifesaving skills. You could help save the life of someone close to you one day and become a real lifesaver. All our courses delivered are Nationally Accredited.



The CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) course delivers the essential principals‚ knowledge and skills to maintain breathing and circulation in any emergency situation on adults, children and infants.

Target Audience:

Participants must be a minimum age of 10 years on the date of final assessment.

Surf Life Saving SA/NT recognises that students participating in its training courses may have special
needs. These may include but are not limited to students with language‚ literacy and/or numeracy problems, or disabilities. Students with special needs should contact us prior to enrolment to discuss their needs.

Demonstration of Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation procedures – Participants will demonstrate Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on training manikins – adult, child and infant – in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.
